The series follows our 2016 Green Street Lectures, and seeks to build an understanding of how national figures have both been shaped by, and shaped the law in Ireland.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Our first three lectures, delivered by pre-eminent barristers passionate about their respective themes, include:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lecture 1:<em> John Francis Taylor\u2019s speech at the King\u2019s Inns in 1901, and Ulysses; <\/em>delivered by Frank Callanan, Senior Counsel.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lecture 2:<em> The Evolution of Employment Equality Law in Ireland; <\/em>delivered by Marguerite Bolger, Senior Counsel.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lecture 3:<em> The Trial &amp; Error of Patrick Kavanagh; <\/em>delivered by John O\u2019Donnell, Senior Counsel.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p>These online public lectures are open to all, and single registration for all three is simple;
