Panels will discuss about communicating as a social practice, offering some explanations on how personal involvement is achieved, how it is possible to combine freedom and responsibility in public communication, why rhetoric is necessary and what is its relationship with argumentative practice.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>The working language is English.
