Here is the abstract.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>This article creates a case study using an episode of the television show &#8220;The Office&#8221; to teach hostile work environment law. Students are placed in the position of a Human Resource employee to tasked to investigate and report back on a potential hostile work environment situation at a branch office. Instructors are guided through a detailed lesson plan that deeply addresses the legal and practical questions at issue.
